When you send a booking request, we collect the details you share with us: your name, phone number, the service you are interested in, your preferred time, and any note you add.
Like most websites, we also use Meta (Facebook) advertising tools — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API — which rely on cookies and similar identifiers to measure how our advertising performs. Cloudflare provides our hosting and spam protection and may process standard technical data such as your IP address.
We use your contact details for one purpose: to reply to your booking request, confirm your appointment, and communicate about your visit. We may share appointment details with our scheduling provider when your booking is confirmed.
Advertising measurement data is shared with Meta in hashed form to help us understand which of our ads lead to appointment requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Booking request details are kept only as long as needed to manage your appointments and our client relationship. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising purposes.
